I have spent twenty-three years litigating complex cases across Pennsylvania and West Virginia, with deep experience in oil and gas law, real estate disputes, quiet title actions, royalty disputes, and civil litigation. I have defended state and federal class actions, represented clients before numerous state and federal agencies, and advised both operators and landowners through oil and gas lease negotiations and pipeline easement agreements. In the past, I served on the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Oil and Gas Law Advisory Committee.
I also represent operators, contractors, and landowners in the full range of transactional work that drives the energy industry. From master service agreements and independent contractor agreements to pipeline contracts, easements, and surface use agreements, I draft and negotiate the deals that keep projects moving and protect my clients when disputes arise.
Based in Waynesburg, PA, in the heart of southwestern Pennsylvania's oil and gas country, I serve clients across Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and have been admitted pro hac vice in Ohio on numerous occasions for complex oil and gas cases.
